I decided to put my cat, Sebastian, on keychains and list them in my etsy shop. Who can resist this face?

Lately I've spent most of my crafting time on making promo items for the Etsymom Street Team. At the suggestion of one of the admins, I contacted the plainjanedesignz who made the design for the banner used on the Etsymom Yahoo! Group and the Etsymom Blog and got her permission to adapt it to a round design for banners. Turned out I had to re-do the words entirely, since I didn't have the font she used, but I think I made a reasonable facsimile of it. I opted to make the letters white to stand out better on small 1 inch buttons:

Then I decided to offer an alternative or two. I started by using the same phrase with my own design. I know pink and black are popular colors with some of the younger moms who make things with punk designs so that's what I used for this one:

Then I figured I'd make one adapted from the standard orange Etsy button:

After I had posted these in my Etsy shop I started getting questions from some of the moms about making them into magnets and keychains, so that's what I did. I made magnets in 1 inch and 2 1/4 inch sizes and the keychains are 2 1/4 inch also:
